What is System Refresh?
Overwriting a non-production system with a copy of production to provide current data for testing.
Refreshes include post-processing such as RFC cleanup, user restoration, and data scrambling. They temporarily disrupt test activities and may wipe in-flight changes. Sensitive data must be masked before testers access refreshed data.
