What is ABAP Runtime Error (Short Dump)?
An abnormal program termination recorded with diagnostic details in transaction ST22.
Dumps show the error type, program, and source position. Testers should attach the ST22 record to defects. A spike in dumps after an upgrade or transport import indicates regression.
