What is Change and Transport System (CTS)?
SAP's framework for organizing development and customizing changes and transporting them through a landscape.
CTS includes the Transport Organizer and TMS. CTS+ extends it to non-ABAP objects. Change management tools such as ChaRM or Cloud ALM build on top of it.
