What is Transport Management System (TMS)?
The SAP tool that configures transport domains and routes and manages import queues across systems.
STMS shows import queues per system and controls import timing. QA approval procedures can require sign-off before import to production. Coordinating transport imports with test cycles avoids testing on stale builds.
