What is Support Package (SP)?
A bundle of SAP corrections for a software component, applied in sequence to keep a system current.
Support packages are imported with SPAM/SAINT or SUM. They can change standard behavior and require SPDD/SPAU adjustments. Applying them triggers regression testing across affected processes.
