Defining Acceptance Criteria and Sign-Off Gates
Teaches process owners to define what "done" means for an SAP process before testing starts: measurable acceptance criteria, entry and exit criteria for each test phase, the evidence required to sign, how to accept residual risk from open defects, and how to issue a clear, auditable sign-off record. This is the core of the Sign-Off Table method.
