What is HTTP Service Hierarchy (SICF)?
The transaction for maintaining and activating HTTP services in an ABAP system.
Many services are inactive by default for security and must be activated for Fiori apps or WebGUI. Inactive services cause 403 or 404 errors. Service activation is a frequent post-refresh step.
