What is Clean Core Level B?
Extensions using classic APIs and techniques that SAP lists as stable but not formally released for ABAP Cloud.
Level B covers classic ABAP using documented classic APIs, such as certain BAPIs, that SAP considers upgrade-stable in practice. It is acceptable in Private Edition and on-premise but should be tracked. Upgrade risk is low to moderate.
