SAP S/4HANA
What is Released API?
An SAP object such as an API, CDS view, or BAdI that SAP marks as stable for customer use with a release contract.
Released objects carry a C0, C1, or C2 release contract and are listed on the SAP Business Accelerator Hub. ABAP Cloud may use only released objects, which is what makes those extensions upgrade-safe. Interface tests should target released APIs rather than internal ones.
