What is Record to Report (R2R)?
The finance process covering journal posting, period-end close, consolidation, and financial reporting.
R2R includes GL postings, accruals, depreciation, currency valuation, intercompany reconciliation, and financial statements. Its testing relies on closing cockpit tasks and reconciliation reports. Errors usually surface at the first month-end close after go-live.
