What is Payment Medium Workbench (PMW)?

The SAP framework that generates bank payment files, such as SEPA or ISO 20022, from payment run data.

PMW formats are mapped through DMEE or DMEE+ format trees. Each bank and country can require a different format. Testing usually includes sending sample files to the bank for validation.
