What is Parked Document?

An incomplete FI document saved without updating balances, to be completed and posted later.

Parking supports approval workflows and incomplete entries for invoices and journal entries. Parked documents do not affect the ledger until posted. Open parked documents should be reviewed during period close and cutover.
