Migration & Transformation
What is Mock Load?
A full rehearsal of data migration into a test system to validate mapping, quality, sequence, and timing.
Programs usually run two to four mock loads, with increasing data completeness and quality targets. Each mock produces defect lists and reconciliation reports. The final mock should mirror the production cutover.
