Migration & Transformation
What is Mock Conversion?
A trial run of a brownfield system conversion on a copy of production to validate steps, runtime, and results.
Each mock refines the runbook, measures downtime, and produces a converted system for testing. Typical programs run at least two or three mocks. Functional and reconciliation testing follow each run.
