What is Cutover?
The transition period and set of activities moving a business from the legacy system to the new system at go-live.
Cutover includes system build, transports, data loads, validations, business freeze periods, and switchover of interfaces. It is executed from a detailed, timed plan. Its success is the go-live gate.
