What is Go/No-Go Decision?
A formal checkpoint where leadership decides whether readiness criteria are met to proceed with cutover or go-live.
Criteria include test completion, open defect levels, data reconciliation, training, and business readiness. Evidence is presented in a readiness dashboard. A no-go requires a remediation and replanning path.
