What is Dress Rehearsal?
The final end-to-end rehearsal of the cutover, executed exactly as planned for production including timings and sign-offs.
It validates the runbook, team readiness, and communication. Its results feed the go or no-go decision. Deviations should trigger runbook updates and potentially another rehearsal.
