What is Hypercare?
An intensified support period after go-live in which the project team resolves issues and stabilizes operations.
Hypercare typically lasts four to twelve weeks and includes daily defect triage, monitoring of jobs and interfaces, and first period close. Exit criteria determine handover to regular support. Many issues surface first at month-end.
