What is Data Quality (DQ)?
The degree to which data is accurate, complete, consistent, and fit for its intended business use.
Programs measure quality with validation rules, profiling, and dashboards. Poor quality causes migration load failures and post-go-live process breaks. Data quality gates are often part of mock-load acceptance.
