What is Business Partner Role?

A BP classification, such as FLCU01 customer or FLVN01 supplier, that adds attributes and enables processes.

Roles determine which views and fields are available for a BP. One BP can hold multiple roles, for example customer and supplier. Role grouping and field control configuration must be tested.
