What is Stock Transport Order (STO)?
A purchase order type used to move stock between plants, with optional delivery and billing.
STOs can be intra-company or cross-company, the latter creating intercompany billing. They use outbound deliveries from the supplying plant. They are a frequent integration test scenario involving MM, SD, and FI.
