Logistics & Supply Chain
What is Available-to-Promise (ATP)?
A check that determines whether and when a requested quantity can be confirmed to a customer.
ATP considers stock, receipts, and requirements per checking rule. S/4HANA offers advanced ATP (aATP) with product allocation, backorder processing, and supply assignment. ATP results drive confirmed dates and must be tested with realistic stock situations.
