The SAP organization that operates Private Edition systems under RISE, providing technical managed services.

ECS handles infrastructure, OS, database, and Basis tasks defined in the roles and responsibilities document. Customers raise service requests for tasks such as system refreshes. Lead times for ECS requests should be built into test and cutover plans.
