What is RISE Roles and Responsibilities (R&R)?

The contractual document listing which technical and operational tasks SAP, the customer, or partners perform under RISE.

It covers areas such as backups, upgrades, transports, refreshes, and security patches. Some tasks are standard, others are optional or billable. Program plans should map cutover and testing tasks against it.
