Software bots that mimic user interactions with applications to automate repetitive, rule-based tasks.
SAP Build Process Automation and third-party tools provide RPA for SAP GUI and web apps. Bots are brittle when UIs change, so APIs are preferred where available. Bots must be regression-tested after upgrades.
