What is Returns Processing?
Handling customer returns through a returns order, returns delivery, goods receipt, and credit memo.
S/4HANA offers Advanced Returns Management for inspection and logistics follow-up. Stock posting may go to blocked or quality stock. Returns are a commonly under-tested O2C variant.
