What is Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)?
A technique that retrieves relevant documents and adds them to an LLM prompt so answers are grounded in specific sources.
RAG lets assistants answer questions from project documentation, SAP Notes, or specifications. Retrieval quality directly affects answer quality. Sources should be cited to allow verification.
