What is RACI Matrix (RACI)?

A chart assigning Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed roles for tasks or deliverables.

RACI clarifies ownership of testing, sign-off, data, and cutover tasks. It is especially important with multiple vendors and RISE. Unclear accountability delays defect resolution.
