What is Steering Committee (SteerCo)?
The senior governance body that sets direction, resolves escalations, and approves major decisions such as go-live.
SteerCo reviews status, risks, budget, and readiness. Test progress and defect trends are standard agenda items. It owns the go or no-go decision.
