What is Interface Testing?
Testing data exchange between systems, including message format, mapping, transport, error handling, and reprocessing.
SAP interface tests check IDocs, APIs, files, and middleware flows end to end. Negative cases such as invalid data or partner downtime are essential. Monitoring tools provide evidence of message status.
