Testing & Quality

What is Unit Testing (UT)?

Testing an individual configuration item or development object in isolation to verify it works as designed.

In SAP, unit tests cover a single transaction configuration or WRICEF object, often by the developer or consultant who built it. ABAP Unit automates code-level unit tests. Unit test evidence is commonly required before transport release.
