What is Test Plan?
A document detailing the schedule, scope, resources, environments, and deliverables for a specific test phase or cycle.
Each phase, such as SIT or UAT, typically has its own plan derived from the strategy. It lists scenarios, testers, data, and dependencies. Plans are tracked against execution progress daily during test windows.
