Testing & Quality
What is Test Metrics?
Quantitative measures of test progress and quality, such as execution rate, pass rate, defect density, and defect leakage.
Dashboards show planned versus executed tests, open defects by severity, and trends. Defect leakage measures defects found in later phases or production. Metrics support data-based go-live decisions.
