What is Authorization Default Values (SU24)?

Proposal values defining which authorization objects and values are pulled into roles when a transaction or app is added.

Accurate SU24 data simplifies role building. SU25 adjusts proposals after upgrades. Missing SU24 entries cause authorization gaps.
