What is Business Add-In (BAdI)?
An object-oriented enhancement option where customers implement SAP-defined interfaces to add custom logic.
Classic BAdIs use SE18/SE19, while new BAdIs are part of the enhancement framework with enhancement spots. Some BAdIs are released for cloud use. BAdI implementations must be regression-tested when SAP changes the calling code.
