Third-party and intercompany card

  • Third-party: item category TAS → purchase requisition → PO to supplier (ship to customer) → supplier invoice → customer invoice.
  • No outbound delivery for third-party items: bill order-related; include order-related documents in the due list.
  • Standard billing relevance: customer billed for the supplier-invoiced quantity, after the supplier invoice.
  • Intercompany: sales org and delivering plant in different company codes; one order, two invoices (customer F2 + IV).
  • Setup: plant allowed for sales area, order type allowed, internal customer number per sales org, internal price condition.
  • Expected: 1810 goods issue + IV revenue; 1710 customer revenue + intercompany payable.
  • Match: receivable = payable, same quantity, same period, trading partner on both sides.
  • Silent failures to hunt: zero transfer price, missing trading partner, inbound IV not posted, wrong tax.
  • Test with real roles in each company; evidence = document flow, PO history, journal entries in every company.
