Key user go-live card
- Training map: role, people, tested scenarios, format, duration.
- Train in the training client with role-based users and refreshed data; include weekly exceptions.
- Measure readiness with practical checks per person.
- Work instruction: purpose, role and app, before you start, steps, check, if it goes wrong, version and owner.
- Cutover: freeze rules, catch-up list, data checks in rehearsed order with rehearsed reports.
- Day one: periods open, output works, users log on, interfaces respond, first transactions posted.
- Triage: training, data, configuration, defect; new wishes are change requests.
- Look for patterns and feed missed tests to the regression pack.
- Readiness: met, met with exception, not met, each with evidence.
- After go/no-go: own the conditions, workarounds and hypercare cover.
