Key user field card

• Your role: represent, validate, test, train, support. You recommend; the process owner decides.
• Agree time allocation, backfill and your process owner in writing before Explore.
• Activate: Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run. Your peaks: Explore, Realize, Deploy.
• Before a workshop: read the scope item; bring real documents, volumes, outputs, obligations.
• Classify every difference: fit, configuration value or gap.
• Gap = business need + standard behavior + impact + priority + "accepted when".
• Prefer: adopt standard, configure, key user extension, released-API extension, classic code last.
• Sprint reviews are the cheapest place to catch errors: bring real cases.
• "It works" always comes with "and here is how we know".
• Escalate on one page: decision needed by when, context, options, recommendation, consequence of no decision.
