What is Waterfall?
A sequential delivery approach where phases such as design, build, test, and deploy happen one after another.
Waterfall suits fixed-scope ERP rollouts with heavy integration. Testing occurs late, making defects costlier. Many ERP programs use hybrid models combining waterfall governance with agile build.
