Cutover rehearsal and go-live verification card

• Rehearse on production-like infrastructure with full or near-full data volumes.
• Runbook line = ID, task, owner + backup, predecessors, planned/actual times, checkpoint, go/no-go flag.
• Assign a timekeeper; record waits as well as task durations.
• Retrospective within 48 hours; log every lesson against a task ID; version the runbook.
• Time every fallback step at least once: restore, legacy reopen, interface reversal, data delta, comms.
• Latest fallback start = window end − measured fallback time − margin.
• PVT: safe, small, reversible, agreed. Read first; write only under a signed test postings policy.
• Record PVT runs and defects in the test tool, not in chat.
• Sign-off order: technical → data → functional → finance → security → go/no-go → business release.
• Every signature = statement + evidence + accepted risks; every condition = owner + date.
