Output check card

• Every output: right content, right recipient, right channel, right time, exactly once.
• Determination steps: output type, receiver, channel, printer, email settings, email receiver, form template, relevance.
• Decision tables: top to bottom, empty cell = any value, specific rows first. Simulate in OPD.
• Recipients come from business partner data: keep addresses and contacts current.
• Channels: print (print queue), email (template + PDF), XML, IDoc. EDI has no form.
• Forms: master form (logo, footer) + content form (document). Maintain Form Templates.
• NAST vs new: check Manage Application Object Type Activation before testing.
• Evidence: saved preview vs document, output item status and history, proof of receipt.
• Entry criterion: test systems cannot send to real customers.
