Shipping: Deliveries, Picking and Goods Issue

Shipping check card

• Shipping point = shipping condition + loading group + delivering plant.
• Create deliveries: VL01N or Create Outbound Deliveries (single); VL10* or scheduled job (collective). Read the log.
• Deliveries need confirmed, due, unblocked order quantities.
• Picking: VL02N Picking tab or Pick Outbound Delivery; with EWM, warehouse tasks in EWM.
• Goods issue: movement type 601; debit cost of goods sold, credit inventory at the delivering plant's cost.
• Reversal: VL09 or Manage Outbound Deliveries; 602; cancel billing first; with EWM, reverse in EWM.
• Damaged after shipment is a returns case, not a reversal.
• Evidence: document flow + statuses, material document, journal entry vs expected, stock before and after.
• Follow partial deliveries until the order is fully delivered.
