• Three paths on one object: normal (planned release), standard (pre-approved checklist), urgent (emergency release, retrospective review).
• Route by business impact confirmed by the process owner, not by pressure.
• Each approval: who, what evidence, where it lives in Cloud ALM.
• Successfully Tested = linked runs passed with evidence; defects closed or accepted in writing.
• Ready for Production = Change Manager role; tests, transport checks, ATC, release all confirmed.
• Deploy by release: freeze, check bundle, approve, ABAP, integration, manual steps, verify.
• Never import to production outside feature deployment.
• Audit path: transport → feature → history, requirement, test runs → compare timestamps.
• ChaRM exit: inventory, redesign, pilot, freeze, finish or recreate, retain history.
