Public edition change checklist

• Sort each change: configuration (customizing transport), key-user (software collection), developer (workbench request), BTP (moved in BTP).
• Build only in the customizing or development tenant; never in test or production.
• Software collections: Check, Add Missing Items, keep dependent items together; Hotfix only for urgent fixes.
• Developer packages under ZCUSTOM_DEVELOPMENT; nothing needed in ZLOCAL.
• Bundle dependent items and import them into test together with Import Collection.
• Test evidence names collection versions and request numbers; forward exactly those.
• Check the Business Interruption column; import high-risk items off-peak.
• Know SAP's next upgrade dates; no exports or imports of key-user content during preparation.
• Freeze customer change around the upgrade; run the regression pack in the window.
