Fit-to-Standard checklist

• Load in-scope solution processes into the Cloud ALM project before Explore.
• Download Best Practices flows and test scripts from SAP Signavio Process Navigator.
• Dry-run every test script in the demo system with test users per business role.
• Group processes by role; size by script length; chart of accounts and org structure first.
• Two to four representatives per business role; a scribe captures in Cloud ALM live.
• At each step: fit, configuration value, or delta with a business reason. No design in the room.
• Classify deltas: configuration, key-user extension, integration, developer extension, change item.
• Rank within MoSCoW; baseline scope at the Explore gate; route changes by size with test impact.
• Acceptance criteria before build: specific, observable, owned by the process owner.
