RISE and GROW delivery cheat sheet

• RISE = existing SAP customers to S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition (SAP Cloud ERP Private), operated by SAP ECS.
• GROW = new-to-SAP companies on S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition (SAP Cloud ERP); GROW Fast adds a predefined scope.
• Read the order form and the roles and responsibilities document; plan from them, not from slides.
• Standard Services are paid; Packaged Services are yours unless bought; Excluded Tasks are always yours.
• Functional and regression testing stay with the customer unless a packaged testing service is contracted.
• Add service request lead times, SAP maintenance windows and the release calendar to the plan.
• Private edition: base release every two years, FPS about every six months, seven years of maintenance.
• Public edition: two releases a year; regress in the test system before production is upgraded.
• Hand over a risk-based regression suite in SAP Cloud ALM with named owners at hypercare exit.
