• Get the Readiness Check results for your area as a one-page business view.
• For each relevant simplification item: owner, decision, pre-work, test and training impact.
• Top items to check: business partner, Universal Journal, new asset accounting, credit management, output, material ledger, MRP Live, MIGO, rebates.
• Cleanse master data in ECC before conversion (duplicates, missing tax numbers).
• Capture key reports before conversion: trial balance, open AR/AP, assets, stock value per plant.
• Compare the same reports after every mock conversion and at cutover.
• Classify every test: still valid, needs change, obsolete, new; tag it with its simplification item.
• Update expected results (postings, outputs, statuses), not just steps.
