Business test scenario card

• Start from the scope item in SAP Signavio Process Navigator: right product, release and country version.
• Copy the test script, keep the original, move all data into a table at the top.
• Replace sample org units, master data, roles and apps with your own.
• Add delta steps with suffixes (4a); strike out-of-scope steps with a reason.
• Variant changes steps or outcome → new scenario ID; data only → new data row.
• Every step with a business effect gets a checkable expected result with values.
• Compute prices, quantities and journal entries before testing, never from the screen.
• Link each scenario to requirement, scope item and process step; check the coverage matrix for gaps.
• Peer review before execution: clarity, preconditions, data independence, verifiability, links, evidence.
