Cloud ALM project setup checklist

• Create the project in Projects and Setup; set the access level deliberately.
• Assign the SAP Activate roadmap for your product and path; changing it later replaces roadmap tasks.
• Set phase timeboxes back from go-live; add sprints, milestones and releases.
• Map every person to project roles in teams so roadmap tasks have owners.
• Design few, meaningful scopes; fill them from SAP solution scenarios and keep them current.
• Author custom solution processes only for genuinely different processes.
• Choose one implementation approach; SAP's leading practice is requirement-driven with user stories.
• Link requirements, user stories, features and test cases to processes in scope.
• Before each gate, trace one high-risk requirement end to end in the traceability views.
